Frames should be returned in their original, undamaged condition, with the case.
About custom lenses
Because prescription lenses are made specifically for you, lens charges may be non-refundable; the frame cost is refundable. If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll always put it right at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@pacificglasses.ca with your order number and we’ll send a return label and simple instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue refunds to your original payment method.
