Yes. Every frame we sell is a genuine designer frame, supplied with its original case and the manufacturer's warranty. We don't sell replicas or counterfeits.

After checkout, we'll email you a short, secure form. You can upload a photo of your prescription or type in the values. Your optometrist can give you a copy of your current prescription — most are valid for one to two years. A valid prescription is required for any prescription lens type.

For lens type, choose Single Vision, Progressive, Non-Prescription, or Blue-Light Only. You can also add a coating: Standard (clear), Anti-reflective (+$30), Blue-light filter (+$40), or Sun tint (+$50) for prescription sunglasses.

Because each pair is made to your prescription, most orders are crafted and on their way within about 5–7 business days, then shipped tracked from within Canada. Non-prescription items ship sooner.

You have 30 days. If the fit or look isn't right, send the frames back for an exchange or a refund of the frame cost. Because prescription lenses are custom-made to you, lens charges may be non-refundable — reach out and we'll make it right wherever we can.

Frames carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects. If something's wrong out of the box, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
